Stoker Type Incinerator A incinerator that burns waste materials by mixing and transferring them via the motion of stokers, while feeding incineration air through openings of the stokers.
Rotary Kiln A incinerator that burns waste materials by mixing and transporting them with a rotating cylindrical kiln installed at an incline.
Fluidized Bed Incinerator A incinerator that burns waste materials in a sand bed fluidized by the injection of combustion air.

Ash Treatment System

A system that treats incinerated and fly ash by melt-solidification, dioxin decomposition, prevention of heavy metal liquation, etc.

Electric Type Melting Furnace A furnace that heats up and melts combustion ash to produce slag and melted metal by utilizing electric energy.
Fuel Burning Type Melting Furnace A furnace that heats up and melts combustion ash by the heat from combusting fuel.
Fly Ash Cement Solidification Process A process that solidifies fly ash with the use of cement as binder.
Fly Ash Chelate Solidification Process A process that solidifies fly ash with the use of chelate as binder.

Gasifying Melting Furnace System

A system that decomposes waste materials to inflammable gas and carbon content, and then incinerates them at high temperatures so that their inorganic components change to melted slag.

Shaft Type System A gasifying melting system that gasifies and melts waste materials in a single stage vertical incinerator.
Kiln Type System A gasifying melting system that conducts thermal degradation of waste materials in a rotary kiln.
Fluidized Bed Type System A gasifying melting system that conducts thermal degradation of waste materials in a fluidized bed incinerator.
